Contacting Brands

 
Our goal is to connect Buyers like you with high quality, verified Brands. But simply discovering them isn't enough. How do you get the ball rolling towards getting their product into your store(s)? In this article, we'll cover:
  1. How to get in contact with a Brand.
 

Get in touch

Once you've found a Brand with products you like, click the 'Contact Brand' button which can be found:
  1. On their simplified Brand card, front, and center.
  2. On their Brand Page, under their profile picture at the top, right.

Start a conversation 

Hubba provides you with three, handy, prepopulated messages to get you started. You'll notice a drop-down menu to the right of the "Contact Brand" button, which will give you the option to:
  1. Get more information.
  2. Request a sample.
  3. Request a quote.

Clicking on any of these will open a messaging dialogue box with a pre-populated message to the owner of this Brand. Don't worry, you can still customize the message, adding any other questions you like. This is your chance to get to know the Brand owner better so that you can make the best purchasing decision for you and your customer. Keep your message concise and to the point!

Keep in mind, Brands can only contact you via sending you a Brand Pitch or responding to a conversation you initiated, so you never have to worry about feeling overwhelmed with unwanted cold messages.
