What to do if you haven't received your order
From the time a Brand accepts your order request, they have 14 days to have the order delivered to you. If you haven't received the order on time and haven't had any communication with the Brand as to why not, these are the steps you should take:
- Check the delivery status of the order using the tracking number provided by the Brand.
- If checking the tracking number proves unfruitful, contact the Brand about the status of the order and a new expected delivery date. You can do this by heading to the Brand page or their order and clicking "Contact Brand".
