People make mistakes. As such, the occasional mix-up might occur. If the goods you received from a Brand are incorrect (ex. wrong quantity, wrong products, wrong sizing, etc.), we've outlined the steps you should take below:
- Take a photo of the incorrect goods received for your records.
- Log onto Hubba and message the Brand to notify them that they sent you the wrong products. Be sure to provide them with specific details and proof (ex. the photo(s), any specific details, etc.) and ask them to send you the correct products.
- If a refund or credit is required, or if you're unable to come to a resolution, please contact our support team at email@example.com and we will help facilitate that.
**Note: Be sure to keep all interactions/messages with Brands on Hubba. This ensures that you are protected in the event of a dispute.
