What Do the Different Order Statuses Mean?

It's very important to understand the status of your orders to know what steps still need to be completed.

  1. If the status of your order is "Submitted", it means your order has been processed but the Brand has not accepted it yet.
  2. If the status of your order is "Placed", it means the Brand has accepted the order.
  3. If the status of your order is "In Transit", it means the Brand has shipped it and entered a tracking number on Hubba.
  4. If the status of your order is "Complete", it means you have acknowledged to have received the shipment.
  5. If the status of your order is "Cancelled", it means the order has been cancelled by either you or the Brand.
